A signed booking form either digitally or personally signed, binds booking person / organisation to the below T&C's
Payment / Balance as agreed is to be made in cash upon arrival or 2 weeks prior via Cheque / Bank transfer. PayPal will no longer be accepted as a payment method. (Please ensure any bank transfer has your booking date as reference)
A consultation will be held on request only, Checklist will be sent 4-6 prior to any booking date to confirm times and any music requirements. (For Wedding bookings only) for any playlists for any other booking they should be provided no later than a fortnight in advance of booking date.
Digital Photography pictures will be supplied as a private download / viewing album. We reserve the right use these images for a social post or advertising at a later date. If you would like to opt out of social media, It is the organisers responsibility to make us aware in advance.
Back up equipment is carried from sound, lighting and camera, should the worst happen, we will be back running as soon as possible. This additional service is included at no cost to you the booking party.
Should your DJ, booth attendant or photographer booked via ourselves fall ill or be unable to attend for any reason a suitable replacement will be provided! We work with a number of reputable people in the trade to provide cover should anything unexpected happen.
Any booking fee paid is non-refundable upon cancellation of booking. (If booking is moved booking fee may also be transferred – subject to availability)
DJ will stop at Midnight midweek or 1am Friday / Saturday. (as per booking form up to 5 hours music is included but does not include going beyond these times unless agreed to in writing prior to booking date and included on your booking form)
Any excessive abuse from drunken / abusive guests will not be tolerated, there will be one warning to party organisers (whether booked via private individuals or Venue), if this behaviour continues - Music will be stopped (there will be no discount or refund given)
We take great care to provide top quality equipment, public liability insurance and tape down any cables for any potential health and safety risks. Any Malicious behaviour towards our staff or DJ's any equipment, indeed the venue. The Music will be stopped immediately – Any Damages incurred will be chargeable to the party organiser. (while we will try to mitigate costs with repairs this is not always possible) and may require a replacement piece of equipment.
Medical issues / Sound or light sensitivity etc – please contact us prior to date of booking so we can tailor your sound and lighting setup to minimise any discomfort to you or your guests.
Pat testing Cert, Public liability insurance and risk assessment forms available upon request if required by your venue.
Terms and conditions may be updated at any time and will apply to all bookings.
